أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" كَتَبَ الصَّدَقَةَ، فَكَانَ فِي الْغَنَمِ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ سَائِمَةً شَاةٌ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِئَةٍ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ، فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ إِلَى مِائَتَيْنِ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ، فَفِيهَا ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى ثَلَاثِ مِئَةٍ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ شَاةً، لَمْ يَجِبْ فِيهَا إِلَّا ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ أَرْبَعَ مِئَةٍ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ أَرْبَعَ مِئَةِ شَاةٍ، فَفِي كُلِّ مِئَةٍ شَاةٌ، وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ هَرِمَةٌ، وَلَا ذَاتُ عَوَارٍ، وَلَا ذَاتُ عَيْبٍ "
#935 Al-Hakam bin al-Mubarak informed us, Abbad bin al-Awwam and Ibrahim bin Sadaqah narrated to us, from Sufyan bin Husayn, from az-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn Umar, that the Prophet (pbuh) wrote the instructions for Sadaqah (Zakat), and it stated: Regarding sheep, for every forty grazing sheep, one sheep is due until they reach one hundred and twenty. If they increase beyond that, then two sheep are due until they reach two hundred. If they increase beyond that, then three sheep are due until they reach three hundred. If they increase by one sheep beyond that, no more than three sheep are obligatory until they reach four hundred. When they reach four hundred sheep, then for every hundred, one sheep is due. Neither a decrepit old animal, nor one with a defective eye, nor one with any defect shall be taken as Sadaqah.

Transmeton Ibn Omeri: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) shkroi rregullat e zekatit: Te delet, për çdo dyzet dele që kullosin deri në njëqind e njëzet, jepet një dele. Nëse numri rritet mbi këtë deri në dyqind, jepen dy dele. Nëse rritet mbi këtë deri në treqind, jepen tri dele. Nëse numri shtohet mbi treqind qoftë edhe me një dele, nuk detyrohen më shumë se tri dele derisa numri të arrijë në katërqind. Kur të arrijnë në katërqind dele, atëherë për çdo njëqind prej tyre jepet një dele. Për zekat nuk merret kafsha e thyer në moshë, as ajo me të meta në shikim dhe as ajo me ndonjë defekt tjetër.
