أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ثُمَّ السَّاعِدِيّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَعْمَلَ عَامِلًا عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ، فَجَاءَهُ الْعَامِلُ حِينَ فَرَغَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا الَّذِي لَكُمْ، وَهَذَا أُهْدِيَ لِي. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَهَلَّا قَعَدْتَ فِي بَيْتِ أَبِيكَ وَأُمِّكَ، فَنَظَرْتَ أَيُهْدَى لَكَ أَمْ لَا؟ ثُمَّ قَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشِيَّةً بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَتَشَهَّدَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللَّهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " أَمَّا بَعْدُمَا بَالُ الْعَامِلِ نَسْتَعْمِلُهُ فَيَأْتِينَا فَيَقُولُ : هَذَا مِنْ عَمَلِكُمْ وَهَذَا أُهْدِيَ لِي؟ ! فَهَلَّا قَعَدَ فِي بَيْتِ أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ فَيَنْظُرَ هَلْ يُهْدَى لَهُ أَمْ لَا؟ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، لَا يَغُلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا، إِلَّا جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَحْمِلُهُ عَلَى عُنُقِهِ : إِنْ كَانَ بَعِيرًا، جَاءَ بِهِ لَهُ رُغَاءٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ بَقَرَةً، جَاءَ بِهَا لَهَا خُوَارٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ شَاةً، جَاءَ بِهَا تَيْعَرُ، فَقَدْ بَلَّغْتُ ". قَالَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ : ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى إِنَّا لَنَنْظُرُ إِلَى عُفْرَةِ إِبْطَيْهِ. قَالَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ : وَقَدْ سَمِعَ ذَلِكَ مَعِي مِنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، فَسَلُوهُ
#978 Abu al-Yaman al-Hakam ibn Nafi' informed us, Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to me, from Abu Humayd al-Ansari then al-Sa'idi, that he informed him that the Prophet (pbuh) appointed a worker over the charity. When the worker finished his task, he came to him and said: "O Messenger of Allah, this is for you, and this was gifted to me." So the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Would you not have sat in the house of your father and mother and seen whether you would be gifted or not?" Then the Prophet (pbuh) stood in the evening after the prayer upon the pulpit, recited the testimony and praised Allah as He is worthy, then he said: "To proceed: What is the matter with the worker whom we appoint, who then comes to us and says: 'This is from your work, and this was gifted to me'?! Would he not have sat in the house of his father and mother to see if he would be gifted or not? By Him in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, none of you takes anything from it illicitly except that he shall come on the Day of Resurrection carrying it upon his neck: if it was a camel, he will bring it while it is grunting; if it was a cow, he will bring it while it is lowing; and if it was a sheep, he will bring it while it is bleating. I have surely conveyed [the message]." Abu Humayd said: Then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) raised his hands until we could see the whiteness of his armpits. Abu Humayd said: Zayd ibn Thabit heard that from the Prophet (pbuh) along with me, so ask him.

Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) emëroi një person si mbledhës të sadakasë. Kur ky punonjës u kthye nga puna e tij, tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, kjo është për ju, ndërsa kjo më është dhuruar mua." Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i tha: "Pse nuk qëndrove në shtëpinë e babait apo të nënës sate e të shihje nëse do të të jepeshin dhurata apo jo?" Pastaj Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) u ngrit në mbrëmje pas namazit mbi minber, e falënderoi dhe e lavdëroi Allahun ashtu siç i takon Atij, e pastaj tha: "Më tej: Çfarë po ndodh me mbledhësin që ne e punësojmë, e pastaj vjen e thotë: 'Kjo është pjesa juaj, ndërsa kjo më është dhuruar mua'? Pse nuk ndenji ai në shtëpinë e babait apo të nënës së tij e të shihte nëse do t'i dhurohej gjë apo jo? Betohem në Atë, në dorën e të Cilit është shpirti i Muhamedit, nuk ka asnjë prej jush që merr diçka prej saj në mënyrë të paligjshme, e që të mos vijë në Ditën e Kiametit duke e mbajtur atë mbi qafën e tij: nëse është deve, ajo do të vijë duke këlthitur; nëse është lopë, ajo do të vijë duke pallur; e nëse është dele, ajo do të vijë duke blegëritur. Vërtet, unë e përcolla mesazhin." Ebu Humejdi tha: "Pastaj i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i ngriti duart e tij aq lart saqë ne ia pamë bardhësinë e sqetullave të tij." Ebu Humejdi shtoi: "Këtë e ka dëgjuar nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) bashkë me mua edhe Zejd bin Thabiti, andaj pyeteni atë."
