#1077 Sa'id ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, who said: I heard Muslim al-Batin narrating from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), from the Prophet (pbuh), who said: "No good deeds performed on other days are superior to those performed during these ten days (of Dhu al-Hijjah)." It was asked: "Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah?" He replied: "Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah, except for a man who goes out risking himself and his wealth and returns with neither."
