أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ : خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْبِرَنَا بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، فَتَلَاحَى رَجُلَانِ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنِّي خَرَجْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ، وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخْبِرَكُمْ بِلَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، وَكَانَ بَيْنَ فُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ لِحَاءٌ فَرُفِعَتْ، وَعَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ خَيْرًا،فَالْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ : فِي الْخَامِسَةِ، وَالسَّابِعَةِ، وَالتَّاسِعَةِ "
#1084 Yazid ibn Harun informed us, Humayd narrated to us, from Anas, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came out to us while he intended to inform us of Laylat al-Qadr, but two men from among the Muslims disputed with each other. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) then said: "Indeed, I came out to you intending to inform you of Laylat al-Qadr, but there was a dispute between so-and-so and so-and-so, so it was lifted; and perhaps it is better for you. So seek it in the last ten [nights]: in the fifth, the seventh, and the ninth."

Doli te ne i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) me qëllim që të na tregonte për Natën e Kadrit, por dy burra nga muslimanët po debatonin. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Dola tek ju me qëllim që t'ju tregoja për Natën e Kadrit, por filani dhe filani u grindën dhe ajo u hoq. Ndoshta kjo është më mirë për ju; kërkojeni atë në dhjetë netët e fundit: në të pestën, të shtatën dhe të nëntën."
