أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وُمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، أَنَّ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتَ خِذَامٍ زَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ، فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا "
#1476 Khalid bin Makhlad informed us, Malik narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman bin al-Qasim, from his father, from Abd al-Rahman and Mujammi', the sons of Yazid bin Jariya, that Khansa' bint Khidham was married off by her father while she was a previously married woman, and she disliked that. So she came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), and he annulled her marriage.
