أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تَضْرِبُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ "، فَجَاءَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : قَدْ ذَئِرْنَ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ، فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمْ، فِي ضَرْبِهِنَّ، فَأَطَافَ بِآلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِسَاءٌ كَثِيرٌ يَشْكُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ، فَقَالَ : فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَقَدْ طَافَ بِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ نِسَاءٌ كَثِيرٌ يَشْكُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ لَيْسَ أُولَئِكَ بِخِيَارِكُمْ "
#1502 Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abi Khalaf informed us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubaydullah bin 'Abdullah, from Iyas bin 'Abdullah bin Abi Dhubab, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Do not strike the female servants of Allah." Then 'Umar bin al-Khattab came to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and said: "The women have become emboldened against their husbands." So he granted them a concession to strike them. Subsequently, many women gathered around the family of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) complaining about their husbands. The Prophet (pbuh) then said: "Many women have circled the family of Muhammad complaining about their husbands; those [who strike them] are not the best among you."

Transmeton Ijas ibn Abdulla ibn Ebi Dhubab: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Mos i rrihni robëreshat e Allahut." Atëherë Omer ibn el-Hatabi erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha: "Gratë janë bërë të guximshme ndaj burrave të tyre", kështu që ai dha leje për t'i rrahur ato. Më pas, shumë gra rrethuan familjen e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke u ankuar për burrat e tyre. Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Shumë gra kanë ardhur te familja e Muhamedit duke u ankuar për burrat e tyre. Ata nuk janë më të mirët prej jush."
