حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ : أَنَّ عُوَيْمِرًا الْعَجْلَانِيَّ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّه، أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلًا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلًا، أَيَقْتُلُهُ فَيَقْتُلُونَهُ، أَمْ كَيْفَ يَفْعَلُ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" قَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّه فِيكَ وَفِي صَاحِبَتِكَ، فَاذْهَبْ فَأْتِ بِهَا ". قَالَ سَهْلٌ : فَتَلَاعَنَا، وَأَنَا مَعَ النَّاسِ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَا مِنْ تَلَاعُنِهِمَا، قَالَ : كَذَبْتُ عَلَيْهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتُهَا، فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : وَكَانَتْ تِلْكَ بَعْدُ سُنَّةَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، أَنَّ عُوَيْمِرًا أَتَى عَاصِمَ بْنَ عَدِيّ، وَكَانَ سَيِّدَ بَنِي عَجْلَانَ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ " طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا "
#1512 Ubayd Allah ibn Abd al-Majid narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Ibn Shihab, from Sahl ibn Sa'd: that 'Uwaymir al-'Ajlani said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of a man who finds another man with his wife; should he kill him and then they kill him, or what should he do?" The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Allah has indeed revealed regarding you and your companion, so go and bring her." Sahl said: So they both performed the imprecation (Li'an), and I was with the people in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). When they finished their imprecation, he said: "I would have lied against her, O Messenger of Allah, if I were to keep her," so he divorced her thrice before the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) could command him. Ibn Shihab said: "And that became the subsequent practice (Sunnah) for those performing the imprecation." Muhammad ibn Yusuf narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Ibn Shihab, from Sahl ibn Sa'd, that 'Uwaymir came to 'Asim ibn 'Adi, who was the leader of Banu 'Ajlan, and he mentioned the like of it, but he did not mention "he divorced her thrice."

Transmeton Sehl b. Sadi: Uvejmir el-Axhlaniu tha: "O i Dërguari i Allahut, çfarë mendon për një burrë që gjen një burrë tjetër me gruan e tij? A ta vrasë atë e pastaj ta vrasin (për kisas), apo si të veprojë?" I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Allahu tashmë ka zbritur shpallje për ty dhe gruan tënde. Shko dhe sille atë." Sehli tha: Ata të dy bënë lianin (betimin e mallkimit), ndërsa unë isha me njerëzit te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Kur mbaruan me lianin, ai tha: "Kam gënjyer ndaj saj, o i Dërguari i Allahut, nëse e mbaj", dhe e shkurorëzoi atë tri herë para se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ta urdhëronte. Ibn Shihabi ka thënë: "Kjo mbeti suneti i atyre që bëjnë lian pas tyre."
