Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al-Raqashi informed us, Malik narrated to me, saying: I heard Nafi' from Abd Allah ibn Umar, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) separated the two who engaged in mutual imprecation, and assigned the child to the mother."
