أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ الْحَكَمُ ، قَالَ لِي يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ : أَفْصِلُ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ :" أَنْ لَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ إِمْلَاكٍ، وَلَا عَتَاقَ حَتَّى يَبْتَاعَ ". سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانُ، قَالَ : أَحْسَبُهُ كَاتِبًا مِنْ كُتَّابِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
#1546 Al-Hakam bin Musa informed us, Yahya bin Hamzah narrated to us, from Sulayman bin Dawud, Al-Zuhri narrated to me, from Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hazm, from his father, from his grandfather; Al-Hakam said: Yahya bin Hamzah said to me: I distinguish that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) wrote to the people of Yemen: "That no one should touch the Qur'an except one who is pure, and there is no divorce before marriage, and no manumission until one purchases (the slave)."

Transmeton Amër bin Hazmi: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) u shkroi banorëve të Jemenit: "Kur'anin nuk duhet ta prekë askush përveç atij që është i pastër (me abdest), nuk ka shkurorëzim para lidhjes së martesës dhe nuk ka lirim të skllavit derisa ta ketë blerë atë."
