Yazid bin Harun informed us, Yahya—who is Ibn Sa'id—informed us that Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban informed him, from Rafi' bin Khadij, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: "There is no amputation for [the theft of] fruit or the spadix of the palm tree."
