#1584 Ishaq informed us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban, from his uncle Wasi' bin Habban, from Rafi' bin Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "There is no amputation for [the theft of] fruit or the spadix of a palm tree." Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban, from Rafi' bin Khadij, from the Prophet (pbuh) with a similar narration.
