أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ نِيَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَضْرِبَ أَحَدًا فَوْقَ عَشْرَةِ أَصْوَاتٍ إِلَّا فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ "
#1591 We were informed by Abdullah ibn Yazid, who said: Sa'id—he is Ibn Abi Ayyub—narrated to us, who said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, from Bukayr ibn Abdullah ibn al-Ashajj, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, from Abd al-Rahman—he is Ibn Jabir—from Abu Burdah ibn Niyar, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: "It is not permissible for anyone to strike another more than ten lashes, except in a prescribed punishment (Hadd) from the prescribed punishments of Allah."

Transmeton Ebu Burdeh bin Nijari: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: "Nuk i lejohet askujt të godasë dikë më shumë se dhjetë goditje, përveç nëse bëhet fjalë për ndonjë nga dënimet (Hudud) e Allahut."
