أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْبَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ "

Khalid ibn Makhlad informed us, Malik narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) forbade the sale of fruits until their ripeness becomes apparent; he forbade both the seller and the buyer."
Transmeton Ibn Umeri: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ka ndaluar shitjen e frutave derisa të bëhet e qartë pjekuria e tyre; ai e ka ndaluar shitësin dhe blerësin.
