أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى : أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ إِنْسَانٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ أَوْ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ "
#1861 Yazid ibn Harun informed us, Yahya narrated to us: that Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad informed him that he heard 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-Aziz narrating, that he heard Abu Bakr ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham, that he heard Abu Hurayrah saying: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever finds his property in its original state with a person who has gone bankrupt, or with a man who has gone bankrupt, then he has more right to it than anyone else."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejra se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kushdo që e gjen pasurinë e tij të identifikueshme tek një person që ka falimentuar, ai ka më shumë të drejtë në të sesa të tjerët."
