أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا أَوَى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ، فَلْيَنْفُضْ فِرَاشَهُ بِدَاخِلَةِ إِزَارِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي مَا خَلَفَهُ فِيهِ، وَلْيَقُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي، فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا، فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ "

Abu al-Nu'man informed us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Umar, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "When one of you retires to his bed, let him dust his bed with the inner part of his waist-wrap, for he does not know what succeeded him in it. And let him say: 'O Allah, by You I have laid down my side, and by You I raise it. O Allah, if You withhold my soul, then forgive it, and if You release it, then protect it with that by which You protect Your righteous servants.'"
Transmeton Ebu Hurejra: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Kur ndonjëri prej jush të shkojë në shtratin e tij, le ta shkundë atë me pjesën e brendshme të rrobës së tij, sepse ai nuk e di se çfarë ka hyrë në të pas tij. Dhe le të thotë: 'O Allah, me emrin Tënd e vendosa anën time dhe me emrin Tënd e ngre atë. O Allah, nëse ma merr shpirtin, fale atë, e nëse e kthen, mbroje ashtu siç i mbron robërit e Tu të mirë.'"
