Muhammad ibn ‘Isa narrated to us, Ibn Idris narrated to us, from his father, from al-Fudayl ibn ‘Amr, from Ibrahim, who said: Ibn ‘Abbas differed from the people of the Qibla regarding a woman and the two parents: "He assigned for the mother one-third of the total estate."
