Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us, Salim ibn Nuh narrated to us, from 'Umar ibn 'Amir, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Zayd ibn Thabit, regarding the inheritance of the son of a woman who has undergone imprecation (mula'anah): "One-third is for his mother, and two-thirds are for the public treasury."
