Abu 'Asim informed us, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Amr bin Muslim, from Tawus, from 'A'ishah, who said: "Allah and His Messenger (pbuh) are the patron of the one who has no patron, and the maternal uncle is the heir of the one who has no heir."
