حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْإِخْوَةُ مِنْ الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّاتِ، يَرِثُ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ لِأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ، دُونَ أَخِيهِ لِأَبِيهِ "
#2246 Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from 'Ali, from the Prophet (pbuh), who said: "Brothers from the mother inherit to the exclusion of the children of different mothers; a man inherits from his brother from his father and mother to the exclusion of his brother from his father."

Transmeton Aliu: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Vëllezërit nga nëna trashëgojnë para vëllezërve nga babai (me nëna të ndryshme). Një njeri trashëgon vëllanë e tij nga babai dhe nëna, para vëllait të tij vetëm nga babai."
