حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ ، عَنْ جَهْمِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : أَنَّهُ " سُئِلَ عَنْ أُخْتَيْنِ اشْتَرَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا أَبَاهَا فَأَعْتَقَتْهُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ، قَالَ لَهُمَا :الثُّلُثَانِ فَرِيضَتُهُمَا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْمُعْتِقَةِ دُونَ الْأُخْرَى "
#2280 Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us, Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, Ash'ath narrated to us, from Jahm ibn Dinar, from Ibrahim: that he was asked about two sisters, one of whom bought her father and manumitted him, then he died. He said: "Two-thirds is their prescribed share in the Book of Allah, and whatever remains belongs to the one who manumitted him, to the exclusion of the other."

Transmeton Ibrahimi: Ai u pyet për dy motra, ku njëra prej tyre bleu babanë e saj dhe e liroi atë, pastaj ai vdiq. Ai tha: "Të dyjave u takojnë dy të tretat si pjesë e tyre e caktuar në Librin e Allahut, ndërsa pjesa që mbetet i takon asaj që e ka liruar, e jo motrës tjetër."
