Hadith #2288 - Sunan ad-Darimi

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : " تُوُفِّيَتْ فُكَيْهَةُ بِنْتُ سَمْعَانَ وَتَرَكَتْ ابْنَ أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا، وَبَنِي بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا،فَوَرَّثَ عُمَرُ بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا "

#2288 Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, who said: "Fukayhah bint Sam'an passed away and left behind the son of her brother through her father, and the sons of the sons of her brother through her father and mother; so Umar granted the inheritance to the sons of her brother through her father."
