Abu al-Nu'man narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: "The newborn shall not inherit until he cries out [at birth], nor shall the funeral prayer be offered for him until he cries out. If he cries out, the funeral prayer is offered for him, he inherits, and the full blood money is completed."
