#2407 Muhammad ibn ‘Isa narrated to us, Isma‘il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Khalid, from Abu Qilabah. (H) And Ibn Wahb narrated to us, from Yunus, from az-Zuhri, from Sa‘id ibn al-Musayyib. (H) And Ibn Abi az-Zinad narrated to us, from his father, from Sulayman ibn Yasar: That they said: "Women do not inherit from the patronage (wala’) except for those whom they have manumitted or with whom they have entered into a contract of manumission (mukataba)."
