#2408 Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Mu'adh, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, who said: "Women do not inherit from the wala' (loyalty/clientage) except for those whom they have manumitted, or those manumitted by those whom they have manumitted, except for the woman who underwent mula'anah (mutual imprecation); for she inherits from the one whom her son manumitted, and the one whose father has disowned him."
