حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ : " إِنَّ إِخْوَانَكَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّكْرِ، يُقْرِئُونَكَ السَّلَامَ. فَقَالَ : وَعَلَيْهِمْ السَّلَامُ، وَمُرْهُمْفَلْيُعْطُوا الْقُرْآنَ بِخَزَائِمِهِمْ، فَإِنَّهُ يَحْمِلُهُمْ عَلَى الْقَصْدِ وَالسُّهُولَةِ، وَيُجَنِّبُهُمْ الْجَوْرَ وَالْحُزُونَةَ "
#2586 Sulayman bin Harb narrated to us, from Hammad bin Zayd, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah: that a man said to Abu al-Darda’: "Indeed, your brothers from the people of Kufa, among the people of remembrance, convey their greetings of peace to you." He replied: "And upon them be peace. Command them to give the Quran their reins, for it will carry them toward moderation and ease, and shield them from deviation and hardship."

Transmeton Ebu Derda: Një burrë i tha atij: "Vëllezërit e tu nga banorët e Kufës, njerëz të dhikrit, të dërgojnë selam." Ai tha: "Edhe mbi ta qoftë selami. Urdhëroji ata që t’ia dorëzojnë veten Kuranit, sepse ai i udhëheq drejt rrugës së mesme dhe lehtësisë, si dhe i mbron nga padrejtësia dhe vështirësitë."
