#2801 Muslim bin Ibrahim informed us, Aban—he is al-Attar—narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, on the authority of Shahr bin Hawshab, on the authority of Abu Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him), that he cooked a pot for the Prophet (pbuh), and he said to him: "Hand me the shoulder"—and he used to like the shoulder—so he handed him the shoulder. Then he said: "Hand me the shoulder," so he handed him a shoulder. Then he said: "Hand me the shoulder," so I said: "O Prophet of Allah, how many shoulders does a sheep have?" He said: "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, had you remained silent, you would have handed me shoulders as long as I called for them."
