Muhammad ibn Ahmad reported to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Amr, from Tawus, who said: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said while upon the pulpit: "I adjure by Allah any man against asking about that which has not occurred, for indeed Allah has clarified what is to occur."
