#2892 Abu Nu'aym informed us, Sufyan narrated to us, from 'Ata bin al-Sa'ib, who said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla saying: "I have met in this mosque one hundred and twenty of the Ansar, and there was not one among them who would relate a hadith except that he wished his brother had sufficed him in relating the hadith, nor would he be asked for a legal opinion except that he wished his brother had sufficed him in giving the legal opinion."
