Hadith #2945 - Sunan ad-Darimi

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ :" كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا لَبِسَتْكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ يَهْرَمُ فِيهَا الْكَبِيرُ وَيَرْبُو فِيهَا الصَّغِيرُ، إِذَا تُرِكَ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ، قِيلَ : تُرِكَتْ السُّنَّةُ "، قَالُوا : وَمَتَى ذَاكَ؟، قَالَ : " إِذَا ذَهَبَتْ عُلَمَاؤُكُمْ، وَكَثُرَتْ جُهَلَاؤُكُمْ، وَكَثُرَتْ قُرَّاؤُكُمْ، وَقَلَّتْ فُقَهَاؤُكُمْ، وَكَثُرَتْ أُمَرَاؤُكُمْ، وَقَلَّتْ أُمَنَاؤُكُمْ، وَالْتُمِسَتْ الدُّنْيَا بِعَمَلِ الْآخِرَةِ، وَتُفُقِّهَ لِغَيْرِ الدِّينِ "

#2945 Amr bin Awn informed us, from Khalid bin Abdullah, from Yazid bin Abi Ziyad, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, from Abdullah, who said: "How will you be when you are enveloped by a trial in which the elderly become infirm and the young grow up, and if any part of it is abandoned, it is said: 'The Sunnah has been abandoned'?" They asked: "And when will that be?" He replied: "When your scholars have passed away and your ignorant ones have increased; when your reciters are many but your jurists are few; when your leaders are many but your trustworthy ones are few; when the worldly life is sought through the deeds of the Hereafter, and when religious understanding is sought for other than the sake of religion."

Transmeton Abdullahu: Si do të jetë gjendja juaj kur t'ju kaplojë një fitne, në të cilën i moshuari plaket e i vogli rritet, saqë nëse lihet diçka prej saj, thuhet: "Është lënë Sunneti"? Ata pyetën: "E kur do të ndodhë kjo?" Ai u përgjigj: "Kur të ikin dijetarët tuaj e të shtohen të paditurit tuaj; kur të shtohen lexuesit tuaj e të pakësohen fakihët tuaj; kur të shtohen udhëheqësit tuaj e të pakësohen të besueshmit tuaj; kur të kërkohet dynjaja me vepra të Ahiretit dhe kur të nxhet dituria për tjetërçka, e jo për hir të fesë."
