Qabisah informed us, Sufyan informed us, from 'Ata bin al-Sa'ib, from al-Hasan, from 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "Be a scholar, or a learner, or a listener, and do not be the fourth, lest you perish."
