Abu Nu'aym and Ja'far bin 'Awn informed us, they said: Mis'ar narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Murrah, from Salim bin Abi al-Ja'd, who said: Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Learn before knowledge is taken away, for indeed, the taking away of knowledge is the taking away of the scholars; and indeed, the scholar and the student are equal in reward."
