قَالَ : وأَخْبَرَنِي أحمد بن مُحَمَّدٌ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ :" أَجْهَلُ النَّاسِ مَنْ تَرَكَ مَا يَعْلَمُ، وَأَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِمَا يَعْلَمُ، وَأَفْضَلُ النَّاسِ أَخْشَعَهُمْ لِلَّهِ G "
#3092 He said: And Ahmad ibn Muhammad Abu Abd Allah informed me, on the authority of Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah, who said: "The most ignorant of people is the one who abandons what he knows, the most knowledgeable of people is the one who acts upon what he knows, and the most excellent of people is the one among them who is most humble in awe of Allah."

Transmeton Sufjan b. Ujejne: Njeriu më i paditur është ai që e braktis atë që di, njeriu më i ditur është ai që vepron sipas asaj që di, ndërsa njeriu më i vlefshëm është ai që ka më së shumti drojë (përulësi) ndaj Allahut.
