Muhammad ibn Humayd informed us, Mihran narrated to us, Abu Sinan narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Maymun, who said: "Umar departed with two-thirds of knowledge." So I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he said: "Umar departed with nine-tenths of knowledge."
