أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو صَخْرٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ : إِنَّ فُلَانًا يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ، قَالَ :" بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَحْدَثَ، فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ أَحْدَثَ، فَلَا تَقْرَأْ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامَ "
#3153 Abu 'Asim informed us, Haywah ibn Shurayh informed us, Abu Sakhr narrated to me, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that a man came to him and said: "Indeed, so-and-so sends his greetings of peace to you." He replied: "It has reached me that he has introduced an innovation; if he has indeed introduced an innovation, then do not convey the greetings of peace to him."

Transmeton Ibn Omeri: Një burrë erdhi tek ai dhe i tha: "Filani të dërgon selam." Ai tha: "Më ka arritur lajmi se ai ka shpikur diçka (në fe). Nëse ai ka shpikur diçka, atëherë mos i dërgo selam prej meje."
