حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
" الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " .

It was narrated from Abu Barzah Al-Aslami that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted."
Transmeton Ebu Berze el-Eslemi se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Dy palët në shitblerje kanë të drejtën e zgjedhjes (për ta anuluar atë) përderisa nuk janë ndarë nga njëri-tjetri."
