Hadith #205 - Sahih Muslim

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - قَالَ أُرَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا - قَالَ ‏ "‏ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى مَالِ مُسْلِمٍ فَاقْتَطَعَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَبَاقِي حَدِيثِهِ نَحْوُ حَدِيثِ الأَعْمَشِ ‏.‏

#205 This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that he (the Messenger of Allah) observed:
Three are the persons with whom Allah would neither speak (on the Day of Resurrection) nor would He look at them, and there would be a painful chastisement for them, a person who took an oath on the goods of a Muslim in the afternoon and then broke it. The rest of the hadith is the same as narrated by A'mash.

Tre janë ata me të cilët Allahu nuk do të flasë (në Ditën e Kiametit) dhe as nuk do t'i shikojë, dhe për ta do të ketë dënim të dhimbshëm: një njeri që bën betim pas namazit të ikindisë për pasurinë e një muslimani dhe e përvetëson atë.
