حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ: أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَشْكُو إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةَ، أَوْ بَعْضَ الْحَاجَةِ، فَقَالَ: أَلاَ أَدُلُّكِ عَلَى خَيْرٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ؟ تُهَلِّلِينَ اللَّهَ ثَلاَثِينَ عِنْدَ مَنَامِكِ، وَتُسَبِّحِينَ ثَلاَثًا وَثَلاَثِينَ، وَتَحْمَدِينَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلاَثِينَ، فَتِلْكَ مِئَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا.

Anas reported that a woman came to the Prophet, to complain to
him of a need. He said, 'Shall I show you something better than that? You
should say, 'There is no god but Allah' 33 times when you go to sleep and
say 'Glory be to Allah' 33 times and say 'Praise be to Allah' 34 times
and then that hundred is better than his world and all that it contains.'"
Transmeton Enesi: Një grua erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) për t'u ankuar për një nevojë të sajën. Ai i tha: "A dëshiron të të tregoj diçka më të mirë se kjo? Kur të biesh në gjumë, thuaj 33 herë 'La ilahe il-lallah', 33 herë 'Subhanallah' dhe 34 herë 'Elhamdulilah'. Kjo njëqindëshe është më e mirë sesa kjo botë dhe gjithçka që ka në të."
