وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ الْكَعْبِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا ‏.‏ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَنُرَى خَالَةَ أَبِيهَا وَعَمَّةَ أَبِيهَا بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ ‏.‏
#3317 Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade a person to combine in marriage a womanarid her father's sister, and a woman and her mother's sister. Ibn Shihab said:
So we regarded the paternal aunt of her (wife's) father and the maternal aunt of her (wife's) father at the same level.

I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka ndaluar që burri të bashkojë në martesë një grua me hallën e saj, apo një grua me tezen e saj. Ibn Shihabi ka thënë: "Ne i konsiderojmë hallën e babait të saj dhe tezen e babait të saj në të njëjtën pozitë."
