حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ رَقَبَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ الْهَاشِمِيَّ الْمَدَنِيَّ، كَانَ يَضَعُ أَحَادِيثَ كَلاَمَ حَقٍّ وَلَيْسَتْ مِنْ أَحَادِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَ يَرْوِيهَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏
#7432 Uthmān bin Abī Shaybah narrated to us, Jarīr narrated to us, on authority of Raqabah that ‘Abū Ja’far al-Hāshimī al-Madanī was fabricating narrations with words of truth, and they were not from the narrations of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, though he was transmitting them on authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him.’

Transmeton Rakabe: Ebu Xhafer el-Hashimi el-Medeni shpikte thënie që përmbanin fjalë të vërteta, por ato nuk ishin prej haditheve të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), ndonëse ai i transmetonte ato si thënie të Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.).
