أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «السَّاعِي عَلَى الأَرْمَلَةِ وَالْمِسْكِينِ، كَالَّذِي يُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، أَوْ كَالَّذِي يَصُومُ النَّهَارَ وَيَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ»، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي ثَوْرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الدِّيلِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ مَوْلَى أَبِي مُطِيعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
#959 Malik informed us, Safwan bin Sulaym informed us, tracing it back to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), that he said: "The one who strives for the widow and the needy is like the one who fights in the cause of Allah, or like the one who fasts during the day and stands in prayer during the night." Malik informed us, Thawr bin Zayd al-Dili informed me, from Abu al-Ghayth, the client of Abu Muti', from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), the same as that.

Na njoftoi Maliku, na njoftoi Safuan bin Sulejmi, i cili e përcjell atë deri te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), se ai ka thënë: «Ai që përpiqet për vejushën dhe të varfrin është si ai që lufton në rrugën e Allahut, ose si ai që agjëron ditën dhe falet gjatë natës». Na njoftoi Maliku, më njoftoi Theur bin Zejd ed-Diliu, nga Ebu el-Gajthi, i çliruari i Ebu Muti'it, nga Ebu Hurejra, nga i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), ngjashëm me këtë.
