أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: قِيلَ لِعَائِشَةَ ﵂ " لَوْ دُفِنْتِ مَعَهُمْ؟ قَالَ: قَالَتْ: «إِنِّي إِذًا لَأَنَا الْمُبْتَدِئَةُ بِعَمَلِي»
#973 Malik informed us, Yahya ibn Sa'id informed us, he said: It was said to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): "If only you were buried with them?" He said: She said: "Indeed, in that case, I would be one who initiates [a matter] by my own deed."
