١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا، مَنَعُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّهَا».
شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: وَهَذَا أَخْطَأَ فِيهِ أَسْوَدُ.
#15 15 - Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al-Makhrami narrated to us, Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Isra’il narrated to us, from Simak, from al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: 'There is no god but Allah.' So when they say it, they have protected their blood and their wealth from me, except by its right."

15 - Na ka treguar Muhamed ibn Abdilah el-Mahremi, na ka treguar Esuad ibn Amir, na ka treguar Israili, nga Simaku, nga Nu'man ibn Beshiri, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Jam urdhëruar t'i luftoj njerëzit derisa të thonë: 'Nuk ka zot tjetër përveç Allahut'. Kur ta thonë këtë, ata e kanë mbrojtur prej meje gjakun dhe pasurinë e tyre, përveçse me të drejtën e saj."
Koment: El-Bezzari ka thënë: "Dhe në këtë (hadith), Esuadi ka gabuar."
