١١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا أَبُو إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ خَلِيلِي أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «لا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، الإِيمَانُ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ». قُلْتُ: هُوَ فِي النَّسَائِيِّ خَلا قَوْلِهِ: «الإِيمَانُ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ».
#116 116 - Al-Fadl ibn Sahl narrated to us, Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, Abu Isra'il narrated to us, from al-Suddi, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: I heard my close friend Abu al-Qasim (pbuh) saying: "The thief does not steal while he is a believer, and the adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer; faith is more noble to Allah than that."

116 - Na ka treguar El-Fadl bin Sehl, na ka treguar Malik bin Ismail, na ka treguar Ebu Israil, nga Es-Suddi, nga babai i tij, nga Ebu Hurejra, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar mikun tim të ngushtë, Ebu el-Kasimin (s.a.v.s.), duke thënë: «Hajduti nuk vjedh duke qenë besimtar, as laviri nuk bën zina duke qenë besimtar; besimi është më i nderuar tek Allahu sesa kjo.»
Koment: Unë thashë: Ky hadith gjendet te Nesaiu, përveç thënies së tij: «Besimi është më i nderuar tek Allahu sesa kjo.»
