٢٢٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لإِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالا: ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ: «أَنَا أَكْبَرُ أَوْ أَنْتَ؟»، فَقُلْتُ: أَنْتَ أَكْبَرُ وَأَخْيَرُ مِنِّي، وَأَنَا أَقْدَمُ سِنًّا.
شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى سَعِيدٌ إِلا هَذَا، وَحَدِيثًا آخَرَ.
#225 225 - Abu Kurayb and Ibrahim ibn Ziyad narrated to us—and the wording is that of Ibrahim—they said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, 'Amr ibn 'Uthman narrated to us, he said: my grandfather narrated to me, from his father, from Sa'id, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said to him: "Am I greater or are you?" I replied: "You are greater and better than me, and I am older in age."

225 - Na kanë treguar Ebu Kurejbi dhe Ibrahim bin Zijadi - fjalët janë të Ibrahimit - të cilët kanë thënë: Na ka treguar Zejd bin el-Hubabi, na ka treguar Amër bin Uthmani, (i cili) ka thënë: Më ka treguar gjyshi im, nga babai i tij, nga Saidi, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha atij: «A jam unë më i madh apo ti?», e i thashë: «Ti je më i madh dhe më i mirë se unë, ndërsa unë jam më i vjetër në moshë.»
Koment: El-Bezzari ka thënë: Nuk dimë që Saidi të ketë transmetuar tjetër gjë përveç këtij hadithi dhe një hadithi tjetër.
