Hadith #328 - Kashf al-astar an zawaʾid al-Bazzar (The Unveiling of the Curtains regarding the Extra Hadiths of al-Bazzar)

٣٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أَرْسَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ، فَأَبْطَأَ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: «مَا حَبَسَكَ؟»، قَالَ: كُنْتُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي فَاغْتَسَلْتُ، قَالَ: «وَمَا عَلَيْكَ غُسْلٌ مَا لَمْ تُنْزِلْ»، قَالَ: وَكَانَتِ الأَنْصَارُ تَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ.

شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: لا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، وَأَبُو سَعْدٍ اسْمُهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمَرْزُبَانِ.

#328 328 - Abdullah bin Sa'id al-Kindi narrated to us, [saying] Sa'id bin Talhah bin Sinan narrated to us, from Abu Sa'id, from Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent for a man from the Ansar, but he was late in coming to him. He (pbuh) asked, "What detained you?" He replied, "I was with my wife, so I performed ghusl." He (pbuh) said, "And there is no ghusl upon you as long as you do not ejaculate." He said: And the Ansar used to do that.

328 - Na ka treguar Abdullah bin Said el-Kindi, na ka treguar Said bin Talha bin Sinan, nga Ebu Saidi, nga Ikrime, nga Ibn Abbasi, i cili ka thënë: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dërgoi njerëz të thërrasin një burrë prej Ensarëve, por ai u vonua. Ai (s.a.v.s.) e pyeti: "Çfarë të vonoi?" Ai u përgjigj: "Isha me bashkëshorten time, prandaj bëra gusël." Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Nuk e ke obligim gusllin përderisa nuk ejakulon." Tha: Ensarët vepronin kështu.

Koment: El-Bezzari ka thënë: Nuk dimë të jetë transmetuar nga Ibn Abbasi përveçse përmes kësaj rruge, ndërsa emri i Ebu Sa'dit është Said bin el-Merzuban.
