٥٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَخِيهِ عِيسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَسْحِ الْحَصَى، يَعْنِي: فِي الصَّلاةِ، فَقَالَ: «مَسْحَةً وَاحِدَةً». قُلْتُ: لَهُ فِي السُّنَنِ النَّهْيُ عَنْ مَسْحِ الْحَصَى.
#570 570 - Muhammad ibn Ma'mar narrated to us, Abu 'Asim narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Layla, from his brother 'Isa, from his father 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from Abu Dharr, who said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) about smoothing the pebbles—meaning during the prayer—and he said: "One single smoothing."
