١٢٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الأُمَوِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمَلاقِيحِ وَالْمَضَامِينِ، وَحَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ. قُلْتُ: لَمْ أَرَهُ بِهَذَا السِّيَاقِ.
شرح قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ: لا نَعْلَمُهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ.
بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّفْرِقَةِ بَيْنَ السَّبْيِ فِي الْبَيْعِ
#1268 1268 - Sa'id ibn Yahya al-Umawi narrated to us, Abu al-Qasim ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Isma'il narrated to me, from Dawud ibn al-Husayn, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Prophet (pbuh) forbade al-mulaqih (the sale of fetuses in the wombs), al-madamin (the sale of the contents of the sires' loins), and habal al-habalah (the sale of the offspring of the offspring). I said: I have not seen it with this context.
