١٣٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَسْمُولٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مِخْوَلٍ الْبَهْزِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: رَمَيْتُ حَبَائِلَ لِي بِالأَبْوَاءِ، فَوَقَعَ فِيهَا ظَبْيٌ، فَأَفَلْتُ، فَأَخَذَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَجَاءَ وَجِئْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، فَلَمْ يَكُنْ أَحَدُنَا صَارَ فِي يَدِهِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِ، فَجَعَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَيْنَنَا.
#1358 1358 - Amr ibn Malik narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Sulayman ibn Masmul narrated to us, Abd Allah ibn Salamah ibn Wahram narrated to us, from his father, from al-Qasim ibn Mikhwal al-Bahzi, from his father, who said: I set traps of mine at al-Abwa', and a gazelle fell into them. It then broke free, and a man caught it. He came, and I came, to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh). Neither of us had gained possession of it to the exclusion of the other, so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) shared it between us.

1358 - Na ka treguar Amr ibn Maliku, na ka treguar Muhamed ibn Sulejman ibn Mesmuli, na ka treguar Abdullah ibn Seleme ibn Vehrami, nga babai i tij, nga El-Kasim ibn Mihvel el-Behziu, nga babai i tij, i cili ka thënë: Vendosa disa kurthe të mia në El-Abua dhe në to ra një gazelë. Ajo u lirua, por e kapi një burrë. Ai erdhi dhe unë erdha te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.). Meqenëse asnjëri prej nesh nuk e kishte shtënë plotësisht në dorë atë para tjetrit (nuk kishte fituar posedim ekskluziv), i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e ndau atë mes nesh.
