١٥٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ هَيَّاجٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْمِنْهَالُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ تَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً رَمَتِ امْرَأَةً بِحَجَرٍ، فَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا مَيِّتًا، فَقَضَى فِيهِ رَسُول اللَّهِ ﷺ بِغُرَّةِ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ.
#1533 1533 - Muhammad bin 'Umar bin Hayyaj narrated to us, 'Ubayd Allah bin Musa narrated to us, al-Minhal bin Khalifah narrated to us, from Salamah bin Tammam, from Abu al-Malih, from his father, that a woman threw a stone at another woman, and she miscarried a stillborn fetus, so the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) ruled regarding it that the indemnity be a male or female slave.

١٥٣٣ - Na ka treguar Muhamed bin Omer bin Hejjaxhi, na ka treguar Ubejdullah bin Musa, na ka treguar el-Minhal bin Halife, nga Seleme bin Temami, nga Ebu el-Melihi, nga babai i tij, se një grua e qëlloi një grua tjetër me gur, dhe ajo dështoi një fetus të vdekur, kështu që i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) gjykoi për këtë me dëmshpërblimin (gurrah) e një robi ose një robëreshe.
