١٧٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: كَانَ عُتْبَةُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ صَدِيقًا لِسَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَكَانَ إِذَا قَدِمَ عُتْبَةُ الْمَدِينَةَ، نَزَلَ عَلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، وَإِذَا قَدِمَ سَعْدٌ مَكَّةَ، نَزَلَ عَلَى عُتْبَةَ، فَكَانَ عُتْبَةُ يُسَمِّيهِ أَخِي الْيَثْرِبِيّ، قَالَ: فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَدِينَةَ، قَدِمَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ مَكَّةَ، كَمَا كَانَ يَقْدَمُ، فَنَزَلَ عَلَى عُتْبَةَ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُتْبَةُ: أَمْهِلْ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَ الْمَلأُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ، أَوْ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْبَيْتِ، قَالَ: فَأَمْهَلَ قَلِيلا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: انْطَلِقْ مَعِي، فَلَمَّا أَتَى الْبَيْتَ، يَلْقَى أَبُو جَهْلٍ سَعْدًا، فَقَالَ: يَا سَعْدُ، آوَيْتُمْ مُحَمَّدًا ثُمَّ تَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ آمِنًا؟ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: لَئِنْ مَنَعْتَنِي، لأُقَطِّعَنَّ عَلَيْكَ، أَوْ لأَمْنَعَنَّكَ تِجَارَتَكَ إِلَى مَوْضِعِ كَذَا، لِمَوْضِعٍ ذَكَرَهُ، قَالَ: وَارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُهُمَا، فَقَالَ عُتْبَةُ لِسَعْدٍ: أَتَرْفَعُ صَوْتَكَ عَلَى أَبِي الْحَكَمِ؟ قَالَ: فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ: وَأَنْتَ تَقُولُ ذَلِكَ؟ لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّهُ قَاتَلَكَ»، قَالَ: فَنَفَضَ يَدَهُ مِنْ يَدِهِ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا لا يَكْذِبُ، قَالَ: فَطَافَ سَعْدٌ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ، وَأَتَى عُتْبَةَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَ: أَلَمْ تَسْمَعِي مَا قَالَ أَخِي الْيَثْرِبِيُّ؟ قَالَتْ: فَمَا قَالَ؟ قَالَ: يَزْعُمُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا قَاتِلِي، وَإِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا لا يَكْذِبُ،
قَالَ: فَمَا كَانَ إِلا قَلِيلا حَتَّى كَانَ مِنْ أَمْرِ بَدْرٍ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ أَبُو جَهْلٍ يَطُوفُ عَلَى النَّاسِ، قَالَ: وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
قُلْتُ: هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ أَنَّهُ نَزَلَ عَلَى أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ خَلَفٍ، وَأَمَّا ذِكْرُ عُتْبَةَ فَلَمْ أَرَهُ.

1758 - Muhammad ibn Ma'mar narrated to us, 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd al-Majid narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Maymun, from 'Abd Allah, who said: 'Utbah ibn Rabi'ah was a friend of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh during the Jahiliyyah. Whenever 'Utbah came to Medina, he would stay with Sa'd ibn Mu'adh, and whenever Sa'd came to Mecca, he would stay with 'Utbah; 'Utbah used to call him "my Yathribi brother." He said: When the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) arrived in Medina, Sa'd ibn Mu'adh came to Mecca as he used to come, and he stayed with 'Utbah. He said, "I wish to perform Tawaf around the House." 'Utbah said to him, "Wait until the assembly of Quraysh disperses from the Mosque, or from around the House." He said: So he waited a little, then he said, "Proceed with me." When he reached the House, Abu Jahl met Sa'd and said, "O Sa'd, you people have sheltered Muhammad and then you perform Tawaf around the House in safety?" Sa'd replied, "If you prevent me, I shall certainly cut off for you—or I shall certainly block you from—your trade route to such-and-such a place," mentioning a place. He said: Their voices rose, so 'Utbah said to Sa'd, "Do you raise your voice against Abu al-Hakam?" He said: Sa'd said to him, "And you say that? I have indeed heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say: 'He is your killer.'" He said: So he ('Utbah) shook his hand from his hand and said, "Indeed, Muhammad does not lie." He said: Sa'd performed Tawaf and then departed. 'Utbah went to his wife and said, "Did you not hear what my Yathribi brother said?" She asked, "What did he say?" He said, "He claims that Muhammad is my killer, and indeed Muhammad does not lie." He said: It was but a short while until the matter of Badr occurred. He said: Abu Jahl began going around among the people... and he mentioned the rest of the Hadith.

١٧٥٨ - Na ka treguar Muhamed ibn Ma’mer, na ka treguar Ubejdullah ibn Abdil-Mexhid, na ka treguar Israili, nga Ebu Is’haku, nga Amr ibn Mejmun, nga Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: Utbe ibn Rebiah ishte mik i Saad ibn Muadhit në kohën e injorancës (Xhahilijetit). Sa herë që Utbeja vinte në Medine, ai bujte te Saad ibn Muadhi, ndërsa kur Saadi vinte në Mekë, ai bujte te Utbeja; Utbeja kishte zakon ta quante atë "vëllai im jethribas". Ai tha: Kur i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) erdhi në Medine, Saad ibn Muadhi shkoi në Mekë ashtu siç shkonte zakonisht dhe bujti te Utbeja. Ai tha: "Dëshiroj të bëj tavaf rreth Shtëpisë." Utbeja i tha atij: "Prit derisa të shpërndahet paria e Kurejshëve nga xhamia ose nga rreth Shtëpisë." Ai tha: Kështu që ai priti pak, pastaj (Utbeja) i tha: "Nisu me mua." Kur arriti te Shtëpia, Ebu Xhehli e takoi Saadin dhe i tha: "O Saad, ju i dhatë strehë Muhamedit dhe pastaj po bën tavaf rreth Shtëpisë i sigurt?" Saadi i tha: "Nëse më pengon, unë do të ta ndërpres – ose do të ta bllokoj – rrugën tënde tregtare për në filan vendin," duke përmendur një vend që ai e specifikoi. Ai tha: Zërat e tyre u lartësuan, kështu që Utbeja i tha Saadit: "A po e ngre zërin ndaj Ebu el-Hakemit?" Ai tha: Saadi i tha: "Edhe ti po e thua këtë? Vërtet e kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: 'Ai është vrasësi yt'." Ai tha: Atëherë ai (Utbeja) e tërhoqi dorën e tij nga dora e tij dhe tha: "Vërtet, Muhamedi nuk gënjen." Ai tha: Saadi bëri tavaf e pastaj u largua. Utbeja shkoi te gruaja e tij dhe i tha: "A nuk e dëgjove atë që tha vëllai im jethribas?" Ajo e pyeti: "E çfarë tha?" Ai u përgjigj: "Ai pretendon se Muhamedi është vrasësi im, dhe vërtet Muhamedi nuk gënjen." Ai tha: Nuk kaloi shumë kohë derisa ndodhi çështja e Bedrit. Ai tha: Ebu Xhehli filloi të sillej rreth njerëzve... dhe ai e përmendi hadithin.
